What is Starvia’s experience?

More than 2 decades dedicated to contract manufacturing, being the number 1 option for our customers, to lower their production costs; This allows them to be more competitive in the market.

What types of vehicles does Starvia assemble?

Trucks from Class 2 to Class 8; 16 different models and versions of vehicles are assembled in our facilities, throughout the year.

What is Starvia’s capacity? 

We have 2 assembly plants in operation, which combined, give us a total of 20,000 m2 and in turn give us an assembly capacity of 16 units per shift/day. This gives us an installed capacity of 10,000 units per year.

Where are you located?

Taking advantage of the conditions of a market with extensive manufacturing experience, we are located on the Pacific coast of Mexico, in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa.

How does the commercial relationship with US customers work?

Starvia is in charge of the reception of the parts that come from the USA at its locations on the outskirts of Tucson, Az; they are sent to our plants in Mexico and the product is returned to the border in Nogales, Sonora for our customers to import to the USA.

What is the time it takes to assemble a new product?

From the moment the customer provides us with the technical information of the product, until the continuous assembly is started, it takes us 3 months.

What happens if I need to modify the volumes requested in my contract?

What happens if I need to modify the volumes requested in my contract? Starvia’s business model considers incremental discounts as the desired volumes are reached; In the event of a decrease or an increase, we are prepared so that this does not affect.
